Hammam

A Ritual of Release, Rooted in Tradition

Step into the steam. Let go of the rush. Our hammam rituals are inspired by centuries-old bathing traditions from Turkey and beyond—practices that were never just about cleansing, but about coming home to yourself.

Here, time slows. Warm water pours in waves. Skin is softened, gently exfoliated, and honored through a rhythmic sequence of Moroccan black soap, glove exfoliation, and a rich body oil finale. Each treatment is performed in our intimate hammam room, with your comfort, dignity, and transformation in mind.

This is more than a scrub. It’s a ceremony—for shedding, renewing, and emerging lighter. Whether you’re marking a milestone, needing emotional release, or simply craving care without conversation—this is your place to pause.

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to transition into the space, slow your breath, and fully receive the experience.

All experiences include full room sanitation before and after your treatment. We invite you to linger after—to fully soak it in.

Begin with warm pours and traditional black soap, followed by a full-body exfoliation using the kese glove. Seshin

Rooted in the rich rituals of Korean public bath culture, the Seshin Sesh is a purifying body scrub designed to reset your skin and gently reintroduce you to the art of communal cleansing. This service is focused, intentional, and rooted in tradition—an ideal maintenance treatment for softening the skin and removing buildup.

Though minimalist in nature, the Seshin Sesh is anything but basic. It’s a luxurious introduction to our more immersive Hammam experiences—perfect for those craving clarity, glow, and a fresh slate for the body.

Expect full-body exfoliation using invigorating techniques that leave your skin baby-soft, smooth, and ready to receive hydration more effectively.

This service is purely exfoliative and does not include massage or bodywork beyond scrubbing. All treatment times include a pre- and post-service consultation to ensure personalization and care.

Naynay

Mothering The Mother

This offering is a tender response to a deeply personal need for care—created for those in the sacred chapter of creation, whether expecting (after the first trimester and up to 32–35 weeks) or newly postpartum. Nanay is designed to provide comfort, recalibration, and intentional rest.

The ritual was born from the founder’s own experience navigating pregnancy and postpartum—times when support often came out of urgency rather than presence. She found that traditional care for pregnant bodies was often clinical, lacking the gentleness and attunement those seasons truly require. Nanay was created to change that—with touch that honors, adapts, and comforts.

What does Naynay mean?

In the Philippines, Nanay is a term of deep affection and respect. It means “mother” or “mommy,” and carries a legacy of care, wisdom, and softness. This service draws from the founder’s Filipino heritage and global postpartum traditions to “mother the mother”—through slow, thoughtful touch and a space where each body is met as it is.

Each session is curated with your comfort in mind, offering the choice of safe positioning, personalized adjustments, and gentle release. It concludes with warm miso soup and herbal tea—a reminder that true care nourishes on every level.
