Arrive at least 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in. We recommend being well-hydrated and having a light snack beforehand. For massage services, wear comfortable clothing and bring any questions or areas of focus you’d like to share during your consultation.

We suggest arriving with a clean face if you’re receiving facial massage services like The Sculpt. However, if you do come with makeup on, no worries—your therapist will gently cleanse the area as part of your treatment prep.

The Sculpt is a deep, intramural facial massage that involves working both outside and inside the mouth to release tension, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and sculpt the face. This technique can feel intense but is deeply therapeutic, especially for guests with TMJ, jaw tension, or facial puffiness.
Please note: We ask all guests to rinse with mouthwash provided before the session begins. This treatment is always performed with gloved hands and utmost hygiene.

You may feel relaxed, rejuvenated, or even a little emotional—that’s normal. Some guests experience mild soreness, especially after deeper treatments like The Sculpt or The Body Healer. Be sure to hydrate and take it easy after your service. Your therapist will also offer homecare tips to extend the benefits of your visit.
