How it Works

A 3-month minimum commitment is required. After that, you may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
Memberships auto-renew every 3 months unless canceled.
Payments auto-debit on the 1st or 15th of each month—your choice.
Missed a month? Services do not roll over, but you can request a retail credit equal to your monthly payment to use on full-priced products. Request must be made within 30 days of the missed service.
No refunds for unused services. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Perks and pricing cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Late or missed payments may result in membership suspension or revocation.
