Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient practice rooted in cultures around the world—from Traditional Chinese Medicine to Egyptian and Indigenous healing lineages. By applying focused pressure to specific points along the feet, hands, or ears, this gentle ritual is believed to help restore energetic balance and support overall wellness. While it’s often subtle, the effects can be deeply felt—soothing tension, easing stress, and inviting your body to recalibrate.

Reflexology

At Skin, reflexology is offered with intention and clarity—this is not a deep tissue massage, but a focused trigger-point technique designed to ease the nervous system, encourage energetic flow, and offer a gentle reset.

Our 15-minute sessions are offered in our front-of-house area as a grounding walk-in or add-on experience. For treatments 30 minutes or longer, you’ll be welcomed into one of our intimate treatment rooms for a deeper, more private ritual. Either way, this is a chance to reconnect with yourself—without needing to disrobe or commit to a full-body service.

After your session, we encourage you to linger. Sip something from Lolo’s Café or retreat into the pillow room and let the moment stretch a little further.

FAQS

  • Not quite. Reflexology is a focused, therapeutic technique that targets specific pressure points—most often on the feet, hands, or ears—to stimulate corresponding areas of the body and nervous system. While deeply relaxing, this is not a deep tissue or full-body massage.

It’s a great option for guests looking for a quick refresh, a moment of calm, or a grounding experience that doesn’t require disrobing. If you’re seeking deep tissue relief or muscle-specific work, we recommend booking one of our full-body massage services instead.

  • Come as you are. Reflexology is typically done fully clothed, focusing on the feet, hands, or ears. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and arriving a few minutes early to settle in. If you’re receiving a longer service, you’ll be guided to one of our private treatment rooms.

  • Reflexology uses firm but mindful pressure—never aggressive or painful. Some guests may experience temporary sensitivity at certain points, which often signals tension or imbalance. You can always let your practitioner know if you’d like lighter pressure.

  • Yes. Reflexology is a great add-on to facials or massage services. It helps ground the nervous system and offers a targeted reset when you don’t have time for a full-body service.

  • Generally, yes—but if you’re pregnant, have recent injuries, or a complex health condition, we recommend checking with your doctor and letting us know ahead of time so we can tailor the experience.
